Parquet Flooring
The laying of Parquet flooring is a skilled and intricate process which involves a number of steps. The careful preparation of the base floor surface is essential to achieving the perfect floor finish. Time and patience are required to ensure that the floor where the Parquet is to be fitted is prepared to the very highest standard.
The Parquet blocks are then carefully laid onto a bed of adhesive from the centre point of the room outwards. Once laid and set the floor undergoes extensive sanding to ensure a totally smooth floor before the surface is coated multiple times to achieve the desired finish.
